CPI to percent in GTU for government jobs

Recently, while going through government/PSU job forms, I observed a strange thing. In this year’s(2013’s) BARC exam for engineers, they have specifically written how to convert CPI to percent,as below:

Current percent = CPI * 10

So,for example,if you have CPI=6.5, then your percent is 65%. This is different than the regular standard of GTU for giving grade as in previous post.

So as soon as I saw this, I am informing that it MAY BE that the central government standard to calculate the percent from CPI is just by multiplying it with 10.

So please if you have 6.5 CPI and eligibility criteria of exam is of 65% in government/PSU jobs, please fill the form. Also confirm with the exam authority, that you are eligible.
